That’s really kind thank you! The answer is, I’m very good at delegating! The lovely thing about My Baba is that it’s grown with me and the children. As I’ve had more time on my hands, I’ve been able to spend more time on it. My children are both at school now so I have longer days until pick up at 3. I have an amazing and ever growing team and I’m sure the success is down to them!
Juggling business and kids is tough at the best of times... What's your advice to mothers who work from home?
It’s a joy to be able to work from home but I think it’s a difficult balance and one needs to find what that is. My children loathe my iPhone, and hate me doing e-mails and Instagram. I really try to leave it at the front door when I get home and focus on my short time with them. School starts at 8 so during term time, time is precious. Nothing is ever as important as you think at the time and I always find I do have time of the things that really need doing if you know what I mean.
Despite all attempts to hide the glitter, my little girl trots off to nursery bedecked in full Disney Princess finery... Who’s in charge of your kids’ wardrobe, them or you?! And what are their favourite things to wear?
OMG, totally me at the moment, although my daughter would rather be! I choose my battles and try to get things out the night before. If I take out 2 dresses I love, I give her the option. I have a feeling it’s not going to last long! My son’s an angel and will wear anything I put out, put if it were down to him Batman would always win! Now they’re at school, it’s easier with uniform! In the holidays, nothing beats your dungarees!
OK, let’s finish with a quick fire Q&A… Be warned, some are a little random!
