Delivery

All of our orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. If any items are out of stock, we will let you know straight away. Postage and packing for UK and International deliveries are charged as follows:

Tracked Royal Mail 48 (2-3 working days): £3.50
Tracked Royal Mail 24 (1 working day): £4.50
Royal Mail Signed For Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm (order pre-noon): £8.50
UPS International Delivery: £30.00

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your order, not a problem! Just email hello@dottydungarees.com and we will help you out. 

Returns 

If you aren't happy with your order, please contact us at hello@dottydungarees.com for further assistance. We are happy to accept a return just as long as the tags are still attached and the clothes haven't been worn! We will refund you as soon as we receive the originals back.
