Last night a glamorous crowd descended upon The Hurlingham Club for the first Little London Awards – a night of champagne, delicious canapés and celebration.

After a brilliant launch, we were in the mood to party and so we hosted the Little London Awards 2015, sponsored by GapKids, for all our favourite baby and toddler brands at the beautiful Hurlingham Club, Fulham. The room was decked out with beautiful décor from Bubblegum Balloons and filled with over 200 people from the industry. We even had a little representative – ten-day old Piccolo from Little London Music School joined us for his first awards ceremony!

The lovely Caprice Bourret, model, TV personality, founder of By Caprice products and one of our Little London judges hosted the awards themselves. She was beautiful, eloquent and funny; she even let slip that she owns seven buggies herself – so she really knows her stuff! It was a real honour and she presented the awards in style.

We showed all the wonderful baby and toddler brands our appreciation by collating nominees into different categories, with prizes awarded to the best of each category. Some were voted for by you, the reader, and some were voted for by our panel of judges: Leonora Bamford (My Baba), Marina Fogle (The Bump Class), Rebecca Maberly (The Doctor and Daughter’s Guide to Pregnancy), Caprice Bourret, Jenny Scott (Mothers Meeting) and our very own editor Kate Finney.
