All of our orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. If any items are out of stock, we will let you know straight away. Postage and packing for UK and International deliveries are charged as follows:

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your order, not a problem! Just email hello@dottydungarees.com and we will help you out.
Returns
If you would like to return your order, please contact us at hello@dottydungarees.com for further assistance. We are happy to accept a return as long as the tags are still attached, and the clothes haven't been worn or washed! We will refund you as soon as we receive the originals back at our fulfilment centre for inspection and processing. More details on our Returns & Refunds procedure can be found here.
Cancellations
Our team will do their best to assist you should you wish to cancel your order. However, please note that we are unable to process cancellation once the order has already been dispatched and shipped. To cancel your order, please send an email to hello@dottydungarees.com with your order number.
Preorder Cancellations:
Cancellations: Full refunds are available within 30 days after the order is placed. After this date, orders enter production and cannot be canceled. To cancel your order, please send an email to hello@dottydungarees.com with your order number and our team will do their best to assist you. You can read more about these terms in Section 21 of our Terms and Conditions
Defective or damaged products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Email us at hello@dottydungarees.com with an image of the issue, your order number and contact details and a member of our team will assist you further.
