From Julia Roberts to Alexa Chung, everyone seems to have rocked the denim dungaree look at some point. Here are our favourite denim dungaree outfits and how to re-create them with our upcoming range of women's denim dungarees.

Whether you prefer dark stonewash, vintage pale denim, or retro stripes in blue and pink, our women's denim dungarees are coming back soon, just in time for Mother’s Day.

But don’t worry, our bestselling kids denim dungarees are launching on 25th February, so not much longer to wait!

Here are our favourite denim dungarees looks from the coolest women we could find:

Julia Roberts

Always looking elegant in an effortless way, we have loved Julia Robert’s style since we saw her in the 80s film, Mystic Pizza, not to mention, her glamorous style in Pretty Woman. She seems to be able to wear the simplest outfits and make them look super fashionable including the humble denim dungaree!  

We love the retro blue stripe pair she wears with a plain white tee and natural makeup. The perfect look for Spring/Summer dressing.

Gigi Hadid

We fell in love with Gigi’s style when we saw her effortless style, hanging out with her mum on Real Housewives. So we were excited to discover the cute styling of her very own pair of denim dungarees. Paired with smokey eye makeup, and a high plaited ponytail, she knows how to glam up the humble dungaree.

Gigi loves denim dungarees so much, she has created a pair with fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger! A mix of leather and dark stonewash denim, and with the iconic Hilfiger colours, makes these denim dungarees super glam.

Fearne Cotton

Growing up watching Fearne Cotton every Saturday morning on Diggit, she almost feels like an old friend to us, and we were delighted to discover she shares our love for denim dungarees!

Teaming her dungarees with a faux fur jacket, cosy black jumper, and cute sneakers, Fearne shows us how to style denim dungarees as we transition from Winter to Spring. We also love her pairing of delicate necklaces to make this off-duty look more stylish.

Gwen Stefani

Having grown up singing No Doubt classics in our bedroom, we had to include the cool stylings of Gwen Stefani.

Known for wearing quite avant-garde outfits, we were surprised to see Gwen’s more laid-back look in casual denim dungarees.

Gwen pairs her dungarees with a Hollywood glamour red lip and sunnies. To keep her look more chilled, she adds a cosy jumper and yellow plimsols. We love this glam yet easy outfit, perfect for running about after toddlers, or doing the school pick-up.

Cara Delevingne

When it comes to style, you can’t beat the fashion taste of model Cara Delevingne. Bringing back full eyebrows, and making fashion playful again, we are forever grateful to Cara for reminding us to add the fun back into fashion.

Teaming her pink dungaree shorts with an electric blue top and black trainers, Cara’s dungaree look is effortless and versatile. Perfect for running errands while staying stylish all day.

Emma Stone

We love the simple sophistication of Emma Stone’s style ever since she tap-danced into our hearts in that flowy yellow dress in La La Land. So we were delighted to discover her love for the humble denim dungaree too!

Emma creates a stylish, grownup look, pairing her denim dungarees with a classic white tee, leather backpack, and red nail polish. An easy throw-on outfit, which will take you from business meetings to school pick-up.

Olivia Palermo

Always dressed in impeccable style, you know denim dungarees are cool if Olivia is wearing them! After lusting after all of her outfits in The City with @whitneyeveport, we fell a bit in love with Olivia’s glamorous style and flawless makeup watching that TV show.

In true socialite style, Olivia pairs her dark denim dungarees with a crisp white shirt, gold accessories, and heels of course! We love this style for a cute office look or a fashionable coffee date with friends.

Alexa Chung

We have always loved Alexa’s cool effortless style ever since she emerged on the scene as a fashion model for Elle Girl and CosmoGIRL.

Making every outfit look cool and edgy, we loved her unique style. She could even make a bob with fringe look good! So we were delighted to discover that Alexa is also a fan of the humble dungaree.

Pairing her denim dungarees with a classic trench coat, ballerina pumps, and a clean white shirt, this is an elegant look for running chores during the day before picking up your children from school.

Ashley Park

As a huge fan of Ashley Park ever since we discovered she was the voice behind Gretchen in Mean Girls on Broadway, and co-star to Lily Collins in Emily in Paris, we have been following her cool style on Instagram.

Bestie @lilyjcollins posted a cute Galentine’s reel featuring behind-the-scenes footage of her with Ashley, with some cute dungaree outfits!

We especially loved her denim dungaree shorts paired with long black socks and black trainers for a true countryside look. We think we could re-create the look by adding black wellies to our Pale Denim adult dungarees.

Rachel and Monica from Friends

They may be fictional, but we still can’t get enough of the fashion stylings of Rachel and Monica from Friends, which included some staple denim dungarees of course!

Monica rocks a dark stonewash pair of dungarees with a cute white tee, to create an easy yet glamorous dungaree outfit.

Rachel chooses a more casual off-duty dungaree outfit, pairing classic denim with a cute green t-shirt.
