Get ready to meet our latest collection and brand new for Dotty this year! Introducing Random Variables, our newest range of kids shorts, dresses, and playsuits.

Inspired by fun geometric prints from children’s games and toys, this fun print is sure to brighten up rainy Spring days! Our favourite thing about this new design is it is completely unisex, allowing your little one to choose their favourite style.

Whether they like wearing kids shorts, a pretty dress, or a fun playsuit, we have every mini fashionista covered with our brand new Random Variables collection!

So here it is, our latest collection of kids shorts, launching officially on Sunday 21st April. Look out for Early Bird access too by signing up to our mailing list. 

Random Variables Blue Shorts

In a bright sky blue, featuring cool geometric shapes in different colours and sizes, our Random Variables Blue Kids Shorts are sure to impress!

These can be worn by both girls and boys so no squabbles there! With adjustable straps, our dungaree shorts are designed to grow with your little one and passed down to younger siblings.

Our Random Variables Kids Shorts wouldn’t be complete without a soft cotton lining, allowing comfortable exploring. Made from super soft cotton, these dungaree shorts are also breathable and light, making them ideal for sunny, warm days exploring outdoors.

We think these Blue Random Variables Kids Shorts look great styled with our Red Jack Tee. Although you could definitely pair with our Green or Yellow Jack Tee too depending on your little one’s favourite colour.

To dress up these kids shorts, we would team with our Edie Frill Top for little girls. For grownup boys, we would wear them with our White Maxi Top.

Random Variables Blue Dress

After the success of our very first lightweight Dotty dress last year: Floral Cream Jersey Dress, we were eager to introduce another lightweight, floaty dress to our Spring/Summer collection! Here it is, our cool Random Variables print is also available in a sky blue dress.

With an elasticated middle, cute spaghetti straps (that can be adjusted), and a pretty floaty style, our Random Variables Blue Dress is an elegant touch for mini fashionistas.  

Made from super soft jersey cotton, this lightweight dress is a great Summer alternative to our range of kids shorts and dungaree dresses.

Our Random Variables Dress is stylish enough to stand alone as a one-piece but if you would like to pair with a t-shirt underneath on cooler days, we would pair with one of our Jack Tees.

Random Variables Cream Playsuit 

Another new style for Dotty, we bravely branched away from dungarees and overalls to offer you another style of kids shorts, the classic playsuit.

We love the elegant playfulness of playsuits and jumpsuits here at Dotty HQ so we had to include a playsuit for your little ones too!

A cute all-in-one piece, our cotton playsuits are super soft, and give even more flexibility for outdoor exploring when compared with our range of dungaree shorts.

Launching last year with our first playsuit in yellow checkerboard, we were eager to give you another print in this fun design, introducing our Random Variables Cream Playsuit. Featuring the same fun geometric shapes, and with an elasticated middle and adjustable spaghetti straps, to give ultimate comfort and cosiness in soft cotton.

Our playsuit kids shorts are ideal for warmer Summer days, whether your little one enjoys running around and exploring or chilling out with a good book, these are our favourite Summer outfits.

For those breezy UK Summer days, why not team our Random Variables Cream Playsuit with leggings or tights, for ultimate cosiness. Again, our playsuit is perfect worn solo but can be worn with a t-shirt underneath or over the top for cooler days. We would add our Lilac or Pale Blue Jack Tee over the top to create a cute kids shorts outfit.
